In addition to serving as the Founder/Director of the Miss Black Collegiate USA Scholarship Pageant ™.
During its inaugural stage, the pageant garnered world renowned sponsorships, judges, a celebrity stylist, and Grammy
Award-Winning Singer, to name a few.
Ms. Aiken has over two decades of
professional experience of working with the transformation of young lives. She is a former NYC probation officer where she served in the Juvenile Division, a former NJCAA Head Women’s Volleyball Coach for a NYC junior college where she was the first
coach in the history of that college to create a winning team, academically and athletically where some of her athletes were able to successfully transition to four year institutions. She has also served as a college admissions administrator as well
as a drug counselor.
She has served in key positions
on boards for a wealth of companies, educational institutions, and renowned organizations. Her work and dedication has been recognized by the WNBA and NY Liberty, sororities, Senators, and others. Her accomplishments have been featured and/or
mentioned in publications such as Essence Magazine, Newsday, Amsterdam News, as well as other international and national media outlets.
